  • If you use this SIM with Grameenphone Internet Modem, there will be no hassle as it is pre-configured.

Service Modality & Procedure

In this top-up system, the users will go to easy.com.bd and follow specific steps in order to complete the Top-up request. The flow-chart below shows the steps involved.

Step 1
First of all, the users will go to the easy.com.bd website and create a user-name and password.
Step 2
When they want to make any top-up request, they will login with the account that they have created in the first step.
Step 3
Once they do that, they will see the images of the available telecom operators. Here they will click on the Grameenphone’s image.
Step 4
After that, they will be taken to the GP’s Airtime Recharge Page. Here the Amount of Recharge, Mobile Number and Mobile Connection Type shall be entered and Payment Method shall be selected by the user.
Step 5
After they click on the Recharge Button, the user will see a confirmation page.
Step 6
When they click Confirm Button, the users will be taken to the Payment Summary Page. After choosing the payment option, the users will be taken to the Card Information Page.
Step 7
On this page, they will enter all the necessary card information and click Submit Button.
Step 8
After the card information is authenticated, a success message will be shown. Two buttons, Home and Recharge Another are shown on this page.
Step 10
The user can select the Home Button, Recharge Another button or the Logout option from the menu at the top as per their requirement.

To reload your pre-paid account please visit any of the nearest Grameenphone authorized scratch card retail outlets or points of sale displaying the Flexiload sign. Choose any amount between Tk.10 to Tk. 5,000, make the payment to the retailer, and the retailer will instantly reload your account from his mobile handset.
